Eligibility & Admission Policy
Applicants must have completed +2 (Higher Secondary) or hold any recognized degree.
Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis until seats are filled.
Candidates must submit:
Completed application form
Proof of educational qualification
Valid ID proof & passport size photographs
The institute reserves the right to verify documents and reject applications with false or incomplete information.
Fee Structure & Refund Policy
Fee Payment: Payable as per the schedule provided at the time of admission (installments allowed if specified).
Refunds:
Before course commencement – 80% refund (processing charges deducted).
After course commencement – no refund.
All payments are non-transferable.
Course Delivery & Attendance
Classes offered both Online & Offline (blended learning option).
Minimum 80% attendance required in theory & practice sessions to be eligible for certification.
Trainees must participate in mandatory teaching practice and assignments.
Assessment & Certification
Assessment includes written exams, assignments, projects, and practical teaching.
Successful candidates fulfilling academic and attendance criteria will be awarded a Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training.

Leave & Absenteeism
Planned leave must be approved in advance by the Course Coordinator.
Excessive absenteeism may delay completion or require additional sessions at the trainee’s cost.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during admission is used solely for academic & administrative purposes.
Records are stored securely; we do not share trainee details with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Disciplinary Action
Breaches of policy may result in written warnings, suspension, or dismissal.
Serious misconduct (fraud, harassment, unethical behavior) will lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
Grievance Redressal
Trainees can submit written complaints to the Grievance Officer.
Issues will be addressed within 7 working days with fairness and confidentiality.
Policy Review
This policy is reviewed annually and may be updated to align with educational standards, legal requirements, and feedback from trainees.
